The applicant MUST have the following qualifications:
  • 10 years minimum experience required.
  • B.S. Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
  • Strong Inventory Costing experience.
  • Ability to be “hands-on” and work in a small business environment.
  • Well organized, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Participative management style, advocates team concept.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive, but able to recognize and support the organization’s preferences
    and priorities.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner.
  • Results and profit-oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations.
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP software.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Additional Desirable Experience:

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • MBA / CPA a plus
  • Prior Administrative Management experience including, but not limited to: Human Resources, Sales Administration, Facilities Management
  • Visual ERP, Agile CM, Fixed Assets Pro experience a plus


Responsible for controlling accounting operations, maintaining fiscal records, and preparing financial reports for a subsidiary organization. Directs the activities of general accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting and budgetary controls. Prepares and interprets accounting and financial data to measure financial condition of organization.

Provides weekly revenue and bookings analysis reports. Responsible for the monthly closing of accounts. Coordinates and administers an adequate plan for the control of operations. Compares performance with operating plans and standards. Provides reports and interpreting the results of operations to all levels of management. Assures protection for the assets of the business through internal control, internal auditing, and ensuring proper insurance coverage.

Monitors credit and collection applications. Approves terms above a predetermined dollar amount. Assists Marketing in establishing and maintaining product pricing policies. Keeps the President/CEO informed of the business’ performance and provides advice on all financial matters. Executes cash disbursements for payment of subsidiary expenditures in accordance with disbursement and policies. Monitors inventory levels and advises management regarding variances to budget. Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as required.
