Agile CM, Fixed Assets Pro experience a plus
DESCRIPTION OF JOB
Responsible for controlling accounting operations,
maintaining fiscal records, and preparing financial
reports for a subsidiary organization. Directs the
activities of general accounting, internal auditing,
cost accounting and budgetary controls. Prepares and
interprets accounting and financial data to measure
financial condition of organization.
Provides weekly revenue and bookings analysis
reports. Responsible for the monthly closing of
accounts. Coordinates and administers an adequate
plan for the control of operations. Compares
performance with operating plans and standards.
Provides reports and interpreting the results of
operations to all levels of management. Assures
protection for the assets of the business through
internal control, internal auditing, and ensuring
proper insurance coverage.
Monitors credit and collection applications.
Approves terms above a predetermined dollar amount.
Assists Marketing in establishing and maintaining
product pricing policies. Keeps the President/CEO
informed of the business’ performance and provides
advice on all financial matters. Executes cash
disbursements for payment of subsidiary expenditures
in accordance with disbursement and policies.
Monitors inventory levels and advises management
regarding variances to budget. Assumes other special
activities and responsibilities as required.
